"The Bailiff" is Rick Schwarzer, who is an actual, Ontario Canada Bailiff. He has been around the block more than a few times pushing and pulling to seize cars, planes, horses and everything in between.
This proverbial Repo Man's lyrics were inspired during his messy divorce, which drove him to near madness for three years.
How did he cope?
It could have been booze or it could have been drugs.
Instead, he wrote song after song after song.
THE MISSION:
The Bailiff brings catchy, witty and memorable songs to listeners who only want to hear good music, and are centered of mind enough to know that it can be made by anyone at any age.
